The Asylum: Psychiatric Clinic for Abused Cuddly Toys finally has another cute little patient to treat: Dub the Turtle. Just like the previous toys, Dub has a problem and can't be his normal cuddly self. It seems something happened to him with his previous owner, and now the poor turtle can't stop exercising!
Using your masterful skills as a psychiatrist, work your way down the checklist of therapies and get to the root of Dub's problem. Dream analysis, an interview with a sock puppet, musicotherapy and more are all at your disposal, and each one reveals a little more about the toy's history and current mental state. Can you help Dub take a chill pill and stop skipping rope?
Jay - If you have never played this game you are in for a real treat, as there are now 5 animals to cure and each with its own engaging story to tell through nicely animated cut scenes. The Asylum delivers one of the most emotionally moving interactive narrative experiences I have ever encountered in a Flash game. And it still remains one of my all-time favorites to this day.
Cheers to thecritic and moo for sending this one in!

Kroko is my favourite ^^ I'm gonna buy him
WALKTHROUGH
(please try really hard and use professional assistance to help you out before reading spoilers)
Kroko:
Give him a THERAPUTIC INTERVIEW and he'll get out of his box
Use ADMINISTRATION OF DRUGS to calm him down a bit
Then DREAM ANALYSIS(I usually do to first but i couldn't this time
He's still nerous so he needs MOTIVATION TRAINING
Use MUSICOTHERAPY and he'll get a flute
Try DREAM ANALYSIS again...He lost his flute ;_;
Now DESENSIATION to cure his fear of water
Now MUSICOTHERAPY to get another flute
Nearly done, just DREAM ANAYLYSIS again so he gets his hot water bottle and he's cured!
Lilo:
Use DREAM ANALYSIS to see what he's thinking about
Then ring the CRISIS LINE
Then use PLAY THERAPY and give him a gameboy (he looks like my little brother when hes playing his gameboy lol)
DREAM ANALYSIS again (if it's not the bit with the big equation do it twice)
Give his a THERAPUTIC INTERVIEW
Now for some MUSICOTHERAPY
Use PLAY THERAPY and he'll have a flashback, (how can he fit all that stuff inside him!) then
Use CRISIS LINE so he can phone home.Yay he's cured!(Let's just hope no one else needs the phone for a while)
Sly:
Let's see what he's thinking with DREAM ANALYSIS
Now for ADMINISTRATION OF DRUGS
Let's try some MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING...does anyone else find this one a bit strange?
Let's see how he feels after that, more DREAM ANALYSIS ahh lots of tails!
use MUSICOTHERAPY and give his a rattle
Then use the THERAPUTIC INTERVIEW and DREAM ANALYSIS until he has the flashback where he's thrown out of the car
Then you can use the SURGERY option to fix his tail. Cured!
Dolly:
Firstly DREAM ANALYSIS
Then a THERAPUTIC INTERVIEW...
Another DREAM ANALYSIS (I don't know why Lilo's theres with a sock on his nose :P)
Then a THERAPUTIC INTERVIEW
Then she does some knitting in OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY and makes a nose sock
Then DREAM ANALYSIS (Lilo in the background again) and then Dolly's inner wolf breaks out (She's one of those reversible plush animals)
Then use ADMINISTRTION OF DRUGS so she'll stop panicking
Then use DREAM ANALYSIS and she'll have a flashback, and finally
use TRIGGER STIMULUS so she can put her nose sock on the dog and make friends with her inner wolf
Dub:
First use DREAM ANALYSIS
Then use MOTIVATION TRAINING
Next take away his stopwatch with CONFISCATION so he isn't distracted
Then DREAM ANALYSIS again and he'll retreat into his shell
Then look under the bed and click(If you can't find it click PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE)and electrocute him slightly until he comes out (thanks Channy)I don't really like this bit :(
Then use EXERCICE THERAPY yay a balloon!
DREAM ANALYSIS again...
EXERCICE THERAPY...and then he'll start to cry for a while, and you'll have to wait a bit. Then wait until there are no tissues left in the box
and finally use DREAM ANALYSIS.How cute is that? Cured and finished ;)
STORIES
Kroko:
He used to be a hot-water bottle cover, but his owner took away his bottle and used him as a mop cover, which was the cause for his hydrophobia. The pattern on the lady's dress looked like eyes so he was afraid of the eyes.
Lilo:
His owner used his zip mouth to keep her things in, and she hid the answers to a test in his mouth, but the teacher found out and took away the answers so Lilo feels he has to work out the puzzle himself
Sly:
His owners used his tail to keep drugs in, but they saw a police car behind them so they threw him out the window. His rattle got run over so his rattle broke and the drugs got crushed and made him go crazy
Dolly:
Her owner used her as a chew toy for her dog which made her have a fear of dogs, and also a fear of her wolf side. She's afraid of letting her wolf side get out, but she's sometimes confused between her sheep self and her wolf self (hence the barking and howling when she's still a sheep)
Dub:
When his owner was at the airport on one of those escalator things she dropped him and he couldn't catch up with her. A health club owner picked him up and turned his shell inside out because it had a racing stripe on it. Dub is obsessed with training now because he's afraid of being left behind if he's not fast enough.
