This is the Only Level TOO
This time we mean it. This is the Only Level Too! The sequel to jmtb02's original hit puzzle/platformer about a determined elephant stuck in an endless procession of seemingly identical levels is back. This time with more shenanigans and at least twice as much velociraptor!

I found an Easter Egg!
Take the Elephant from the main menu, and go to the Facebook Share button on the Armor games menu. Jump up here...
then go to the left.
It's a hard mode, but i don't know what to do in it.
YAY! You guys are fast about your submissions, I just submitted this like an hour or two ago. I was like the first to play this on Armor Games, since I was on the Armor games main page and I hit refresh and It popped up. At that very moment, I leapt off my seat and started weeping sweet, sweet tears of joy. So far, my best time is about 3:15 with 9 deaths. I especially loved the stage 11 (titled "World 1-2"). I lol'd at the obvious Mario reference. I think that the unlockables are a nice innovation, too. FML is the most sadistic idea evar, but still kinda amusing. The music sounded just like the music from the first, just without the melody line.
PS: @Parsh:
Congrats, you just found the easter egg and unlocked hyper mode! The undefined level is unbeatable, as far as I can tell. Also, level 3 is impossible in hyper mode. Also, after the Left is Right level, the passage can still be seen behind the pipe.
@shift: I'm not sure you entirely get the reference.
You were correct, It is Mario related, but In world 1-2 of the ORIGINAL mario, you can jump and bash through the roof of the level to get to a warp zone. Try finding a version of it online, or get a ROM.
One level in
FML
mode just made me laugh, because there was a block where the exit pipe was supposed to be, making it impossible to beat that one iteration. (The pipe graphic was still there, behind and around the block.)
TOO is awesome. I just need to get my time lower... I got 5:56 on my second playthrough. (The first time was like 14 minutes.)
I just found this out:
When you're play level 31, the easter-egg level, your progress of being in this level is automatically saved.
Now, when you open TiTOL 1, you will be in level 31 too! It's the exact same problem: the regular (TiTOL1) level layout, but no way to open the door.
I don't know if this is of any use yet, though.. I've tried
standing on the button in both games
, but that didn't work.
Here's a walkthrough for those that are having trouble on levels 1-15. The rest coming up. =D
Stage 1: Arrow Keys Required
Just use the arrow keys to navigate your elephant to the red button, then through the tunnel.
*Note-The name is kind of a lie. You can actually substitute A/W/D for left/up/right.
Stage 2: Hop, Skip & A Jump
You only get three jumps with this level. Use them to jump from the floor onto the first small platform, then the one to it's right, then the one with the button. From there, use the arrow keys to carefully make your way to the exit.
Stage 3: Peek-A-Boo
On this level, there is no need to hit the button. When you're facing away from the green gate, it will lower itself. To get through it, walk until you're right up against it, move left quickly (so you're facing away from it), and quickly move to the right again. This may take a few tries.
Stage 4: Anti-Gravity
Once you hit the button, you'll be pulled towards the ceiling (as though the gravity has been flipped). In order to avoid being stuck or killed, jump to the right of the button before pressing, then hold in the right arrow so that you're under the platform to your right. Then, jump to below the platform holding the button, then jump from there into the cross, then the other side of the cross, then the tunnel area. It'll make more sense once you try it.
Stage 5: Red Light!
Don't move for 5 seconds, and the gate will open.
Stage 6: Throught The Tunnel
Once you fall out of the entrance tunnel, move directly to your right, into the wall. You will walk through a tunnel that will drop you out of the top of the screen. Try not to die in the spikes. From there, you can hit the button and go through the exit.
Stage 7: Back Where You Started
The objective now is to get into the entrance tunnel (the one you come out of in the beginning, located at the top of the screen). No need for the button this round.
Stage 8: Drag And Drop
The button is useless. Bring your elephant to the gate, then click-and-drag the gate downwards. You will have to hold down the mouse button in order to keep the gate down, and you may have to jump a bit to get over it.
Stage 9: Run Donkey Run
There seems to be no trick to this level whatsoever. Unless, you know, you count the replacement of the elephant with an equally dense red donkey. Do the usual--hit the button and leave.
Stage 10: Circle The Wagon
Just press the arrow keys in a circle. (Up-Right-Down-Left) to move the elephant in the correct direction.
Stage 11: World 1-2
Ignore the button. Jump up the the highest point possible and jump again, knocking a brick or two out of the ceiling. Jump up so that you're on top of the ceiling, and move right until you reach a new "world". Pick a tunnel and go!
Stage 12: Flip It
Pretty obvious once you look at it. The entire level is flipped upside down. Ignore the button--you don't need it, and it will likely get you killed several times (perhaps 9? Just a suggestion...) before you realize that you don't need it. Jump over the spikes at the bottom and go in the tunnel.
Stage 13: Sticky Keys
Press the "shift" button 5 times. You don't need to actually enable sticky keys to unlock the level.
Stage 14: The Sky Is Falling
This level is all about speed. A set of large purple spikes will begin descending from the sky in an attempt to kill you. Hit the button and get to the exit. Fast.
Stage 15: Stuck?
Click the in-game walkthrough button. Go back. Gate's unlocked.
Here's 16-31, just as promised!
Stage 16: Sliding Portcullis
Each jump on the button will bring the gate up a bit, after which it will begin to slide down. Jump on the button several times (aboout 5 times oughta do it) and then run before it closes.
Stage 17: Left IS Right
Move left into the spikes. You'll come out by the tunnel on the other side.
Stage 18: Fingerpainting
Nothing tricky here, just a cute version of the level. Do the usual!
Stage 19: The Alphabet
Type the alphabet on your keyboard. This will unlock the gate.
Stage 20: Amazeing
This is a difficult level. Basically, you're in an invisible maze, meaning most paths are blocked off. I made a screenshot and marked the path that worked for me--perhaps not the quickest, but still. It's located here. It will get you to the button, and then follow it in reverse until you're by the tunnel.
Stage 21: Schizophrenic
In this level, the elephant changes every second (from blue to red and back again). When he's blue, controls are normal. When he's red, they're backwards (left=right and right=left). I find it easiest to just move when he's blue, but if you want to work the backwards/forwards/backwards controls, go for it!
Stage 22: What's On The Menu?
The button in this level is a decoy. To find the real button, go the main page. Where it says "Fresh Elephants", there should be a blue elephant. You can move him. Take him up the stairs, and to the red button in the top-right corner. Go to "Start/Continue Level" and the gate is open.
Stage 23: Deaf, Dumb, & Blind
You can't see the level, so remember it from past levels (move right until you're blocked, then jump up/left to get to the first platform, then up/right to get to the second. From there, hold in the right button to move until you're directly by the gate. Turn the sound off (the in-game mute button, not your computer's) to open it.
Stage 24: On Ice
Once you press an arrow key, you will continue to move until you hit a wall. Spikes don't hurt you, they just erase when you go over them. Here's the order to hit the keys (once again, not promising that this is the fastest way): Right-Up-Right-Up-Right-Down-Left-Up-Left-Up-Right-Down-Left-Down-Right
Stage 25: Death From Above (And Below)
On this stage, the spikes on the floor and ceiling will fly out at you when you move under them, so make sure you're under (or over) a platform when going under/over the spikes, so you have a shield. To get the button, jump from the nearest platform, and run as quickly as possible over the button and to safety.
Stage 26: X-Axis Pull
Basically, however fall you fall/jump is how far you will bounce around in both directions (example, you jump three blocks, you will now move up three boxes from the center, then down three, then up, etc, bouncing up and down). You still have control of your left/right movements, however. Use your momentum to get to the button, where you can walk across, then jump onto the button, then the next platform up/right (the sideways-L), then get to the highest point on that one. From there, jump up so you touch the ceiling and thus fall all the way to the bottom, where you hold in the right button to get into the tunnel room. This involves some maneuvering and patience.
Stage 27: D34TH 15 2AD
On this level, you have to run into the spikes. I included another picture (aren't I kind?) to show the order. Supposedly the numbers in the title tell you what order to hit the spikes in, but I see no correlation. If you can tell me how they relate, that'd be great! Please note that the numbers in the picture are the order you hit them in, NOT the way they're numbered in the titled. So hit "1" first, not "3".
Stage 28: Surface Painting
Paint 50 blocks pink (they turn pink when you touch them).
Stage 29: Freefalling
EVIL LEVEL!! When you hit the ground, you come out through the ceiling, continuously falling. Not much help I can give you, except to tell you to plan your moves so that you don't come out on top of spikes you can't dodge.
Stage 30: Corpse Shot
The button has to be held down in order to hold the gate up. Kill yourself on the spikes over the button to use your dead elephant to hold it down. Remember, corpses only last so long. I've also found a glitch with this level where you can get stuck in the gate, having to use the panic button.
And that's the end!

YES! I finally beat Hyper mode! Most of it wasn't too difficult, it was mainly just the infamous free falling level and the portcullis level I found difficult.
A few people are having trouble with level 3, it took me a minute but I had the best luck with
holding down the right key and then in quick succession pressing left and then up to jump slightly over the gate.
Not sure if someone's already posted this, but the unlockable Characters are:
Elephant - Free
Squirrel - 10mins
Donkey - 5mins
Hedgehog - 4mins
Velociraptor - 3.5mins
And the modes are:
Normal Mode - Free
FML Mode - Win in under 30 deaths
Hyper Mode - Easter Egg - go to the very bottom right of the menu screen and then jump up into the Armor Games and go left, it will send you to a fake level which you must quit and Hyper Mode will be unlocked.
Yeah, I beat level 2-3 in hyper mode too, using my normal method (pressing left once, then jumping to the right over the closing gate), then quit because HYPER MODE IS WAY TOO HARD! For me, at least. Kamikaze Watermelon, on stage 2-17, you fall all the way down from the start pipe, then walk left through the spikes.
You know, my sister clicked on the "Armor Games" link once that is there right after beating This Is The Only Level, Level 1, and played again, causing us (yes, I actually HELP and AM NICE TO my sister) to look forever for a way to beat it. For all you who had trouble on level 29, I hated it too (particularly when trying to get -10 minutes or -30 deaths), but figured out the trick after a bit. I also figured out the world 1-2 stage easily after accidentally hitting the elephant's head through the ceiling, and resorted to the walkthrough anyway for stage 2-15, a bit annoyed when I just had to close the walkthrough again. Most annoying, however, was having fewer than 30 deaths, up to, ... level 30! I did, however, get under 10 minutes on that run. Hard. Why does the gate always, from stage 1-1 to 2-30 (that is, the first game, stage 1, to this game, stage 30), if you start/continue level 1 or 2 from the menu, have the gate open for like a millisecond? Might be a hint for stage 1-31 or 2-31! Probably nothing, though.
My god...I finally beat FML mode. I literally was starting to think that the freefalling level was impossible on this mode. 31:12:48 and 505 deaths, ha ha. xDD I'm sure a majority of those deaths and a majority of that time was spent attempting to get through the freefalling. I still can only beat the regular game in under 5 minutes though (because for some reason, I find hyper speed to be impossibly hard to master). Anyone know what the unlockables are for beating it in under 4 and 3.5 minutes?
I found the correlation between the spikes... it's the order from left to right. the first group of spikes is the group on the wall to the left, the second being the group next to the starting pipe, the third on the bottom, below and to the left of the switch, the fourth being above the switch, and the fifth below and to the right of the fifth. I don't know if this was posted, don't have time to check, just wanted to help in any way I could, in return for this guide helping me.
oh mai.
I FINALLY BEAT FML MODE, but i was... HORRIBLE.
like, super-duper BAD. XD
honestly, stage 29 on FML made me want to cry. TT_TT
now im doing it on hyper... AND IT'S STILL BAD. D:
but... OMG FREEFALLING ON FML IS HORRRRRRIBLE.
i got like, 55 minutes on FML 8D
the sad thing is that i was at 8 minutes on FML by stage 28...
but 29... GAHHH! XD
GOOD LUCK TO OTHERS... :D
but anyways, i love this game. its creative and FUNN (:
I know how to get the easter egg. All you need to do is
get to the main menu then move the elephant to the bottom then to the the right where the twitter is. Then go upwards and while you are going left, click the start button. Finish the level then go to the main menu and look into the unlockables.
I didn't see it anywhere else so I'll write it out for people who are as confused as I was.
Level 22, what's on the menu: Click the menu button, when it takes you to the menu use the arrow keys, the little elephant in the menu graphic will move, the button is in the top left corner of the menu screen. Just hop through the menu items to get to it and you're on to the next level.
This took forever for me because the walkthrough video was not playing for some reason.
I found Easter Egg #2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL! This is not where you go to the Facebook and jump...blah, blah, blah...This Easter Egg is for THE ORIGIONAL GAME!!!!!!!!!
What I found was that you had to go to stage 31 for This Is The Only Level Too, then go DIRECTLY to the origional game. TA-DAAAA!!!! You'll be on stage 31 on the origional game!!!!:^)
About level 27:
Forget the vertical arrangement of the spikes. Using the power of your imagination, add numbers to the spike sets, from left to right. (The very left wall is 1, the thing to the right from the exit is 2, etc.) Then, just run into them in the order given by the level name. I hope this helps!
All you have to do to get the "Easter Egg" is drop to the bottom of the home screen, go to the far right, jump and hold the left arrow key and you should disapeer into that wierd advertising block. It should come up as level 31. I don't know how to solve it but to get the Easter Egg mode in the "unlockables" tab, all you have to do is jump on the button twice! You get ultra-speed mode. As for anyone who knows how to solve this level, please comment back! Thanks.
GUYS!!!! I HAVE THE SOLUTION TO LEVEL 31!!!
From the beginning:
1.On the menu, use the arrow keys to walk the elephant to the blue box that has the facebook and twitter icons.
2. Jump up under the right side of the box. You will be inside the box.
3. While inside the box, walk to the left.
You will now be in level 31.
4. With your mouse, right click.
5. In the little white menu that comes up, press 'forward'.
6. Right click again. Press 'back'.
7. Right click once again. Press 'forward'.
8. You will be returned to the menu.
9. Click 'unlockables' and stare at all your new characters :).
10. To unlock another mode, click the "Velociraptor'.
11. Repeat these steps. In the menu, it will still be an elephant. But, when you go to play level 31, you are the pretty green dinosaur. :)
12. Once you complete the level, another mode should be unlocked.
ENJOY! :D
I figured out the correlation of stage 25. (i think, the one where you have to run into the spikes) The one hugging the left wall is 1, the spikes by the pipe are 2, the ones facing the left wall are 3. 4 is the ones directly over the button, 5 is the ones facing the pipe (sorry for bad grammar, I'm in a rush typing this)
