Feeling Christmassy? You will when you play TomaTea's escape game Escape 2015, which goes all out with holiday music, presents, gingerbread, toys, and decorations galore... not to mention a lonely Christmas tree outside. As usual, the tip of the game's cursor will glow when it passes over something you can click on to interact with, and if you haven't seen the corresponding clue for a puzzle you're looking at, the game will flat-out tell you that you have no idea how to solve it. You'll need to find a whole passel of presents, but also puzzle pieces and more, so click the little "i" that appears when you mouse over something you're carrying to view it up close... you might learn something new, or just use it to keep track of how many pieces of a particular item group you're missing. Because this is a TomaTea game, clues to solve puzzles are hidden everywhere, some of them not-so-obviously in plain sight, so if you get stuck, take another look at your festive furnishings. Escape 2015 strikes just the right balance of puzzle difficulty, making it the perfect choice to cozy up with whether you're celebrating Christmas, or getting ready to ring in the New Year...

Not sure what to do with the
gingerbread cookie lady.
I thought it had something to do with the gingerbread house, but I can't seem to get the two to work together.
I also don't know where to find the clue for the heart/star/circle/etc. shape puzzle at the bottom of the dresser under the clock. I'm sure I'll feel stupid for asking. I'm supposed to be out setting up reindeer poo in the yard now anyway, not playing a new game from TomaTea!
Reply to Aglet:
The gingerbread house is slightly tricky. Look around...
There is something that you can ring on the front.
What happens when you do that? Hmmmm...
What might they be looking for?
Perhaps they are going out the side door?
So the solution is to...
Put her on the side and ring the bell!
United!

Ornament pictures
The right-hand picture opens to reveal some disconnected wires.
Get the gold and silver cords from the middle drawer and use them to connect the wires.
Get: a path puzzle.
Rotate each piece until you get an interconnected tangle of gold and silver cords.
Get: a new color clue.
top right and left = red, middle column top = blue, middle = yellow, bottom = green
Clock (click the little round buttons to advance the hands)
Look at the wreath (between the 20 and the 16 on the wall to the right).
Specifically, look at the bows - their placement and their size.
Small bow between 1 and 2, large bow at 7 = 1:35.
Get: present (red)
Top drawer (4 letters)
Clue: big gold stars
Zoom in on the 2016 signs, then click any of the big gold stars.
"2016" changes to "STAR".
Get: wooden box with 2016 written on it. If you click the little "i" button and remove the lid, you'll see a 3x3 grid with colors down the side and shapes on the bottom.
It's for the presents, but you have to collect all of them to put them in.
Middle drawer (4 black buttons with white lines on the bottom)
You need to collect presents to get the clue.
Solving the present puzzle gives you a picture of ornaments hanging in four columns. There are four buttons here. Coincidence?
The first button should have four lines, the second two lines, the third one line, and the fourth three lines.
Get: gold and silver cords
Bottom drawer (3 shapes)
Examine the box you got from the top drawer.
If you haven't already done so, remove the lid. Note the shapes along the bottom edge.
Heart, circle, star
Get: puzzle piece
Gingerbread House wall
Toy soldier
Look at the left ornament picture (above the clock). Doesn't the arrangement of ornaments remind you of something?
Once you solve the path puzzle, the picture with five ornaments lights up in different colors.
Cheeks = red, top button = blue, middle button = yellow, bottom button = green.
Colorblind: that's 2 clicks on each cheek, 3 clicks on the top button, 1 click on the middle button, and 4 clicks on the bottom button.
Get: candy cane
Left top drawer (4x4 grid)
The Santas have the clue. (You need to have all four figures before you can solve this.)
Look at their buttons.

Clue: small gold stars
Zoom in on the 2016, then click any of the small gold stars hanging from the ceiling.
The display changes to 9195. But wait! There's that big wooden X-shaped thingy in the middle.
91 × 95 = 8645
Get: present (green)
Left bottom drawer (left-right buttons)
The Santas have the clue. (You need to have all four figures before you can solve this.)
Click on any of the snowglobes and watch what order they flash in. Combine that with which hand is holding the snowglobe to come up with a left-right sequence.

Get: shovel
Gingerbread house, task 1
If you ring the bell, you see Gingerbread Man's shadow inside. How can you convince him to open the door?
Click towards the side of the house and put Gingerbread Lady (who you found in the backyard) to the left of the heart-shaped window. Turn back to the front of the house and ring the bell. Wait a bit, then click back towards the side.
Get: present (green)
Gingerbread house, task 2
You're still missing a puzzle piece, the remaining drawer steadfastly keeps telling you that you haven't seen the appropriate clue, and all you have left is a candy cane. Where could that candy cane be used?
Look at the side of the house, with the heart window. One side is trimmed with a candy cane; the other side is woefully bare.
Put the candy cane on the window and note the four decorations that drop down.
Green, red, blue, yellow
Santas
The missing figure is in the backyard, between the Christmas tree and the fountain. Other than that, there's nothing to solve here, but the Santas will help you solve a bunch of other puzzles.
Right top drawer (2x2 snowflake buttons)
Obviously, the clue is the three snowflake pictures on the wall. But how?
Look at what's not there.
Each snowflake occurs in three different positions. Note the position each snowflake does not occur in.
Numbering the snowflakes according to the buttons on the drawer, the one they all start out with (0 clicks) does not occur on the bottom right. 1 click doesn't occur on the bottom left, 2 clicks goes on the top right, and 3 clicks goes on the top left.
Get: key
Right middle drawer (4 color buttons)
The gingerbread house and a candy cane will give you the clue.
You'll get the code after you figure out where to use the candy cane from the toy soldier.
Colorblind: the buttons cycle through the sequence gray (start), green, red, yellow, blue, back to gray. So green-red-blue-yellow translates to 1 click, 2 clicks, 4 clicks, 3 clicks.
Get: puzzle piece
Right bottom drawer (4 plain buttons)
The Santas have the clue. (You need to have all four figures before you can solve this.)
Click any of the snowglobes the Santa figures are holding, and watch what order they light up in.
2, 3, 1, 4, 2, 3.
Get: puzzle piece
Backyard
The key is in the right top drawer (gingerbread house wall).
Left wall (puzzle piece buried in snow)
Get the shovel from the left bottom drawer. (Apparently, you're too much of a namby-pamby to just dig out that sucker with your bare hands. But you're OK with heating the whole outdoors. You must be a teenager.)
Christmas tree
There are two things here that you need to get, both in plain sight if you know what you're looking for.
Gingerbread lady and a red present.
Get the present from the left wall and the Santa figure from the right wall.
Puzzle grid (left wall)
You need to collect all 8 pieces before you can place them on the grid.
The picture is of an elf working on a toy truck; there are a couple of mice in a toolbox above his right shoulder (i.e. on the top left corner of the picture). The piece that has most of his face goes in the second row third square.
Get: hammer
Fountain (right wall)
There's a key frozen in the water. You'll need to quite literally break the ice.
No, the shovel won't work. Stupid escape game physics.
Once you solve the puzzle you've been collecting pieces for, you'll get a hammer. Use that to break the ice and get the key.
