Hi neo1973! I believe it would be something like muh-tey-ooz, but looking it up online, since it's Polish it looks like it might have a soft W and Sh sound as well, more like muh-tey-woosh. The first one I use myself as far as phonetically goes, but not being a native Polish speaker, I can't guarantee which is correct. :)

If I might be permitted to venture a guess. I would put the emphasis on the first half (Mat) and pronounce the second half 'use' as in 'What is the use of...' and not 'How do I use the...'.
Although, it would be better if Mateusz, himself would drop a line and let us know.
RE: pronunciation, it's definitely something along the lines of /ma-TAY-whoosh/ or /ma-TAY-oosh/ (or somewhere between those two).
(I don't speak Polish, but I do know that they write the "sh" sound with sz and the "s" sound with, well, s. I know this because it's exactly the opposite of how Hungarian writes these sounds, which gets Very Confusing Indeed.)

Someone mentioned that there were no postings of the above images on Mateusz's website... There wouldn't be if it is a JIG exclusive. (wOOhOO!)
Plus Mateusz is incredibly good at keeping his secrets.
HOWEVER, about 3 weeks ago I noticed that SOME mystery-person had posted a
HUGE, COMPLETE version of Picture #1 (of the 4 snips, shown at the top of this page) on the SubmachineWikia website. No annotation was given with the picture, so I just assumed it was one of the many Mateusz-wannabees posting one of their Skutnik-knockoffs.
(I vividly remember thinking "What a GREAT copycat!")
HA! So, now I am curious as to the exact origin of the large version. Hmmmmm....
PLUS! I JUST noticed...check out the FILENAME of the picture that was posted 3 weeks ago on SubmachineWikia: "EFJIG" = EscapeFromJayIsGames. That TOTALLY makes sense...
