Naming your pet can be a difficult decision. Do you go with something cute like Fuzzy, Furface, or Mittens? Or maybe something average and unassuming like Cat or Dog? Just yesterday I met someone with a pet rabbit called Tundra, which I declare to be the most awesome rabbit name ever.
- Shaper - A puzzle game whose closest relative would be the tangram. The goal is to connect shapes at their joints to reach from the start point to the end goal. You can't overlap any of the red dots, but shapes can be rotated using the [arrow] keys or mouse wheel. Very interesting!
- Apple Kabopple - Oh, what a cute little turtle that is! In case you thought the intro paragraph was a total non sequitur, consider this a tie-in: the turtle who stars in this game is named Torti. Awesome pet name? I think so! Anyway, Apple Kabopple is a simple arcade game where you drop apples into the basket on Torti's back. Try and chain them together for bonus points.
- PicPie Puzzler - A slick jigsaw-esque game where you assemble pieces of a picture that have been cut into slices of a pie. The visuals and sound effects are one of the game's strong points, and both were created by Arseniy Desrosiers of Gamebalance. Oh, and the first level? OMGKITTIEZ!
- Drift - You play a swimmey little dolphiney/fish thing that can latch onto points to pull itself through the stage. Let go early to allow momentum to carry you around, but watch out for... well, all the things you should watch out for (red danger spots, darkness, etc.). Reminds me of the pull stars from Super Mario Galaxy.
- Powergolf - A simple physics-based golf game from Bloons creator Ninjakiwi. Just choose your angle, select the power and let the clubs swing. You can also play like me and just whack the ball as hard as you can and see how much trouble you can get yourself into. Your choice!
Shaper was a lot of fun!
Beat all levels in 834 :)
The light-up green makes it not-frustrating, but it made things easy enough that often my first strategy worked for any level I did.
Drift is a lot of fun, but lvl 6 has me stumped. How do you get past the first node?
I think you killed Shaper!! =P

it is 06h15 Pacific, and Shaper has already exceeded their bandwidth:

Shaper won't load for me... =(
Apple Kabopple was a nice surprise. I didn't expect it to be so fun!
PicPie Puzzler has got to be one of the most creative jigsaw games ever. I tried it in both Modes, and while Normal Mode felt easy and not very rewarding, Timed Mode was great!
@static_: Try going down first, then you can build up more speed.
The page for Shaper itself loads for me, but the game doesn't.. ah well, I'll try again later.
I switched the link for Shaper to Armor Games. Give it a try now!
Ah! Now Shaper loads.. off to give it a try!
Love Drift, perfect work break (i.e. won't steal your life for half an hour, relaxing)
@Static
Hint: You can bounce off walls
Look for a latch point that's not in the direction you want to go
Shaper has a fantastic feel. And even if the music loop was short, it was happy and pleasing.
Level difficulty could increase more rapidly, though.
Also, seems like a great opportunity for a make-your-own-level community.
haha I've zoomed through Shaper, but can't beat the last level. Oh well. :(
Oh, nevermind. :) but I wish the timed morde for PicPiePuzzler had a 'redo' option instead of Game Over. :(
Drift is quite fun until level 9. Then it becomes impossible (or at least improbable).
You'd be lucky to get 3 tokens, let alone 4 and then get to the exit before one of those red stars smack you!
I finally finished Shaper! A couple levels (22, 23, 25) gave be quite a bit of difficulty, but I prevailed!
