Onamis seems to be a portmanteau of the French words for "friendly" and "one". As soon as you are trapped inside, you might start to wonder just how friendly people really are. There you are, with no map, no guide, and no inventory. You don't have the ability to turn around or look back. There's not even a clue. Well, except that scrap of paper on the floor. Maybe someone was being friendly, after all.
After the first Onamis escape game left us wanting more, the second Onamis game had the distinction of being in the first-ever link dump. Unfortunately, while the second installment was well-received in the comments, Onamis 3 slipped underneath our radar screens. Now, as a fourth game joins the series, the mystery of Onamis seems to be getting deeper.
Onamis 4 invites you back into the shafts of an abandoned power plant. Your only chance of escape comes in the form of scarce clues and codes. If pieced together correctly, and entered in the right place, you'll find yourself closer to escape—or closer to the core of this mystery. As gasses hiss from every vent, you'll need to solve puzzles that will seem quite elementary, at least after the third or fourth try.
Each of these games is deceptively simple. With clean, white walls and lack of inventory, it is easy to be fooled into thinking the solutions will be neat and easy. However, without paying close attention to detail (read as: blatant pixel hunting) and careful written notes, it is easier to get stuck than to move ahead. As you ascend each level of chapter 4, there is no obvious way to return to previous levels, outside of restarting. Even the most careful escape artist may need to try more than once. Alone, Onamis 4 is perfect for a coffee break. Together, the chapters are a challenge. So, if you happen to have a weekday free this week, fill your holiday with the entire series.
Jeu! That is,
Or, if you prefer, start at the beginning.
Cheers to Laynix for suggesting this one! =)

Walkthrough:
Room 1
Start off by either taking a screen shot or sketching the card on the floor, the one with the faint background image with a line running through it.
Now write down the long number that's on the paper on the floor, it's
5276448731902
and write down the 5 digits on the wall
KQPVT
Now let's get out of here, take a look at the numbers on the card on the left of the door. Each series of numbers are part of the code, all you need to do is add the digits between the decimal point for each of the three series in order to determine that the code is
9
7
14, which you will enter as a 1 and a 4.
Code = 9714
Click on the center of the doors, just above the middle, and enter the code, the lock will disengage and when you go back to the main screen you can click on the doors and they will open. Now shut off the valve and click the top of the ladder to go to room 2.
Room 2
Once again, either take a screen shot or sketch the tile on the floor. This room is very easy, just look at the pad on the wall on the left, click on the letters in alphabetical order, noticing that the leter "G" is the missing letter in the upper right hand corner. Once you have entered in the code correctly click on the ladder to rais it, go up the ladder into room 3.
Room 3
Start off by, you guessed it, taking a screen shot or sketching the tile on the floor. Now take a look at the cable on the floor, it says "HNMSQ" The code from room one says "KQPVT" Notice that the letters from the code in room 1 are 3 letters past the code from the cable? Following that logic the code to get out of this room must be 3 letters beyond the code for room 1, try
NTSYW
Click on the right of the screen to enter room 4
Room 4
Now you'll need that code from the floor of room 1, in case you forgot it's
5276448731902
Enter the code into the pad by making sure all the numbers are touching. You'll see that "527" runs vertically from the top of the box, "644"next to it, etc. Just enter in the whole code and the fan will stop spinning. Now click on the lower middle of the fan to remove the first blade, then click on the next three blades to make room to leave the room, but don't leave just yet. Look at the first fan blade you dropped on the floor, there's a code on there, take a look at it. Either take a screen shot or sketch the images from the fan blade, they tell you the orientation and order you'll need for the final room. Leave through the opening in the fan blades and head into room 5.
Room 5
Last time, screenshot or sketch the tile on the floor and then take a look at the keypad. I took each of the shots and put them into photoshop, where I put them in the correct order and then rotated them as necessary to get the number sequence. The number sequence is found by following the line and seeing where it starts, changes direction twice, then stops. This gives you the four digit code as it would be keyed in on a 1-9 keypad from top to bottom. The codes, in order are:
2985
1567
4529
3548
Once you have entered in the codes in the correct order the bars will slide open and you can leave!
