Like its name suggests, the setting of O-RI-GA-MI is made entirely of pieces of folded paper, making it probably the only handcrafted room escape game in existence. From the furniture to the code panel to the unconventional fauna, almost everything that you see has been created out of a piece of paper and photographed in position. When you play, don't rush through it like you might some other games; this one is meant to be savored. Take the time to appreciate the details and the unique style the game artist has chosen. Or just say "Huh. That's kinda neat" and go back to escaping from some of the more hardcore rooms.

Awww... I don't speak chinese! I tried it without knowing what the heck is going on, but it's not happenin' for me. I might not have clicked on it, if it weren't for these two doom things:
1: I remember, a long time ago, I used to challenge my friends to paper-airplane-making contests, (Of course, only because I was better than them at it) and I eventually decided I might try out my talent with actual origami. I tried it, and it was kinda fun, and I loaded useless paper foldings onto my family members, pretending that they (The origami foldings) actually meant something to me, as to find a way to see how long I could make them keep them. That was probably the best part of the experience.
2: Because the game was actually reviewed /really well./ Good job, zxo! -MANAX

It's not Chinese, it's Japanese. Since I'm Asian, I'll briefly walk you through on how to distinguish the three major (that is by my definition) Asian languages.
Chinese: NO bendy lines or circles (except sometimes at the end of sentences). Often can seem more complex than Japanese characters.
Japanese: Bendy lines and circles, but borrows some Chinese characters.
Korean: Some circles, probably looks like the simplest of the lot.

Bear with me, I'm waiting for the game to load. :) Hope that helped.

this was definitely an easy escape-the-room game, even without knowing the language. but without a doubt, props are due to the team who made this game. this game is definitely made unique by the art and hard work put into it. if nothing else, give this game a shot to see a very nicely designed game with a simple premise. thanks, zxo!
I'm taking Japanese lessons right now, I suck. I understand most Hiragana (main Japanese characters) but the trouble is once I have the words I have no idea what they mean! XD So, uh, here's some crappy broken Japanese translations.
When you click on the green door, I know it says arimasu, which as something to do with something being "there". What is strange is I thought it would say arimasen, meaning something is not there, such as a key, Maybe it means "a door is there" or something? I dunno.
Clicking on the lock by the door yields a message including the word wakarimasen, which means roughly "Don't understand," "can't understand", etc. Probably means you don;t understand the code.
More to come (hopefully)...
