It is beginning to look and feel a lot like Chrismahanukwanzakah up here in the northeast, with temperatures dipping well below freezing today for the first time this season. And with all the snow we've been getting, it would be an excellent time to build a snowman, or simply stay indoors and play this charming Flash game instead. The Snowrider is another classic game from Ferry Halim's wonderful collection at Orisinal.com.
The object of the game is simple: using the mouse, click on the snowball to jump over rocks, click outside the snowball to increase speed. The faster you make it to the bottom, the higher your score. Simply beautiful. Elegantly simple. Click.
good and cute game
what the heck is Chrismahanukwanzakah?!
its a mix of christmas, kwanza, hanukah, 3 different views of christmas by 3 different religions
I don't understand why I can consistently crush everyone on the high score list by at least 1000 points. It really is very simple; just click as fast as you can outside the snowball until a rock comes, then click on the snowball. Come on, people, there HAS to be someone better than me! (In retrospect, this may be one of the few times that having a trackball mouse is an advantage.)
"Chrismahanukwanzakah", and to think, I thought it was olny people I knew who have ever heard of it. I spell it Chrismahanakwazaka though, even though hanuka is hanu and not hana.
Jay - Thought you would like to know that the link to Snowrider has changed to:
http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/g2/snowrider.htm
The "g3" is now "g2"
Also, It looks like some of the visitors aren't Comedy Central fans or they would have picked up on your holiday reference. May Mr. Hanky enlighten them before the Chrismahanukwanzakah season arrives!
Thanks, Zeke! Fixed. :)
