If you run up to someone smaller than you on the street and start eating them, you won't gain their powers so much as you will a padded cell and a dramatic Lifetime Channel made-for-TV movie in your honour. In The Pox Box's Evolvo Plus, however, there are literally plenty of fish in the sea, and eating the little'uns isn't just allowed... it's the only way to win and grow stronger, as long as you can stay ahead of the bigger fish. Use [WASD] or the [arrow] keys to move just like the real fishies do. Once you've turned enough of your finned friends (any tagged with the green "eat" are safe) into chum you'll be able to choose an ability upgrade at level up, in addition to gradually getting larger, and the game will let you keep playing from your last level when you die, it's not that much of a setback. Unleash any unique evolutionary abilities with the [spacebar] and learn to tell a poisonous snack from a tasty treat while you avoid oil spills, mines, fishermen, and more. Evolvo Plus is, of course, essentially Fishy!, but flashier and with more variety, both in the general gameplay and your environment. Apart from the boss battle, Evolvo Plus is still something you enjoy on a coffee break rather than dedicating an entire afternoon to, but if you're looking to chow down and become comically huge in a way that twigs out my irrational phobias just a tiiiiiiny bit, then dive right in.

seems to only be the first speed upgrade -- reloaded, chose agility as the first upgrade, and everything worked from there.
It's a bit hard for me the control my fish. It's frustrating cause he runs into other fish who can eat him.
Triggered the boss battle at 87 fish eaten. Two new types of fish appeared there, and I ate them [plesiosaur]. My type didn't increase, however.
Beat the game a second time. I've got
10 of the super rares and am missing fishes 1, 2, and 98.
Now for badges?
I'm feeling pretty dense here, but--anyone know how to beat the boss battle?
I tried chomping on the submarines but just got beaten into a bloody fish pulp. :(
Thanks for playing MAH GAME. It's the first game I programmed back in 2008, this is just an updated version of that so the old code seems to still cause issues. I apologize for that but it seems the majority of people can play it just fine and it runs much faster than the original.
The fish you eat during boss mode don't count towards the fish types ( cause it's too easy otherwise ). To beat the boss, just eat fish until you grow big enough to eat it!
Reading the multiple reviews online, I love how many people find this way too hard and many find this way too easy. Haha. Always the same with every game :P

I am trying for the "win as a shrimp" achievment, and now take up most of the screen. The only thing capable of harming me is a mine.

That 'win as a shrimp' achievement is a pain in the butt.
I had it on 'easy' and was super careful, but died within moments of getting the 'go up' upgrade.
