Skinnamarink-a-dinky-dink, skinnamarnik-y-doo, this Link Dump's for yooooooou... skinnamarink-a-dinky-dink, skinnamarink-y-doo, and these games tooooo... play as a kitty cat or go underneath the sea, chop through a retro forest but don't die from a zombie! Skinnamarink-a-dinky-dink, skinnamarink-y-do, this Link Dump's for yooooooou (I really mean it) this Link Dump's for yooooooou (because I wrote it) thiiiiiiiiiis Link Duuuuuump's foooooor yooooooou!
- Lumber John - This arcade-y platform game is one I'd call retro, with a hand on your arm and a meaningful lift of my brows until you told me to "stop being weird". From its pixellated flannel to its classic hop and chop gameplay everything about this little game screams old school. Simply collect all the notes to open the door in each level. Nobody correct me if this isn't 100% what lumberjacks do. Leave me my adorable illusions.
- Deep Sea Hunter 2 - Basically, it's The Life Aquatic, but with more wholesale slaughter of hostile sea life. Following coordinates around a map in this action game, you'll pilot your little submersible underwater to discover treasure and blow up enemies and bosses with missiles and upgrades. Presumably there is a hidden level where the Sea Shepherds come after you for your crimes, but can't stop bickering enough to actually do anything about it.
- RoadZ - You emerge from a bar in Louissi's action-packed strategy game to discover people have gone over all bitey, and you've got red on you. That's right, zombies are to blame, and it's just enough time to pick up Mum before we head off to the pub for a pint and wait for all of this to blow over. Scavenge for supplies, hide in buildings, keep your crew alive, and SOMEONE MAKE ME A SHAUN OF THE DEAD GAME.
- Catlateral Damage - Chris Chung knows you harbour secret destructive impulses, and now there's a way for you to act out as that most villainous of creatures... the cat. Specifically, the cat left alone for (literally!) two minutes in a room full of expensive things, just waiting to be knocked over. So get to it! It's cute, simple, and perfect for the fiendish feline in all of us. Ah, the cat. Nature's little jerkface.
Darn you, Dora, it's stuck in my head now.
Is this really an age test, though? I passed, and I'm a few months away from being able to drink legally in the province of Quebec. (Or adulthood, whichever way you prefer to phrase it).
It's also a location test as well as an age test. I'm old enough but being Australian I didn't know the song.
Until I Googled it.
And found it on Youtube...
And now it's in my head too!!! :(
With Lumber John I can't get past level 4, I can run and jump to the right but jump doesn't work when I run left. I tried it in different browsers but it made no difference. It looks like a really cute game too.
Hi Dandy! Apparently, that's a problem with certain keyboards being unable to recognize specific key combinations. Try using C instead of the up arrow and see if that works.
As to it being an age test, well, I'll be turning 30 this year (I can't wait until I'm really old and I get to yell at clouds and fill my purse with hard candies) and I hadn't seen that since the Elephant Show when I was a very little girl, so I guess it's more widely known than I thought. :) Apparently, Dandy even has his own Aussie version, though it was from a show called Bananas in Pyjamas. As bananas often do.
OMG you're so oooooooooooold! I turned 30 last year. I'm also turning 30 again this year. And the year after that.
Bananas in Pyjamas was a little after my time, it was based on 2 toys from Play School. The best Aussie kids show was Mr. Squiggle. He had a pencil for a nose and lived on the moon. He'd come down to Earth in his rocket to draw pictures. It's worth looking for. I can still sing the theme tune too.
Pressing C didn't do anything in Lumber John. Nevermind, I got to play as a cat and wreck feng-shui so I'm happy.
I loved Sharon, Lois, and Bram's Elephant Show! Bits of that still get stuck in my head from time to time.
"I am slowly going crazy. 1 2 3 4 5 6, switch. Crazy going slowly am I 6 5 4 3 2 1, switch."
Oh, and Dora, you're a young'un. :-D
RoadZ be awesome, but man is it hard to select. It also locks up every now and then, which just makes more of your dudes dead.
I'd also like to select-all in a more efficient way. Will take a while to figure out the interface with all the buttons and the mouse and the keyboard. But it comes after a while, I like the base of left- and right-mouse clicking.
Alrighty there already. I have nothing to say to you kids who seem to think 30-something is old. (Heck, I can't even hear you from over on this side of the hill.) I only know the show because my little niece watched it.
Now I must be off...trying to clean out my purse and there's a half-eaten hard candy stuck at the bottom
Stuck in a loop in Deep Sea Hunter. Right after I dive, the Dive Results screen pops up and I haven't done anything..

for the most part I had that happen if I collected the treasure. You need to move on to a different location and it should be normal again.
