We've all done it, especially since you've played the simulator Shop Empire 2 (What? You haven't? Well go on! We'll wait. ... Back? Great!). We get the quest to "catch 'x' number of robbers" or "Have so many staff members", and do the quick fix is to hire like a mad man, pass off the goal, and then let the pink slips rain! You get your accomplishment and if you do it fast enough you don't have to even pay them first pay check. Aren't you a little smart one? No consequences here! Or are there? Shop Empire Rampage, by Little Giant World, simulates all those laid off employee vendettas. Help them trash the stores, short out the lights, and shut down each mall they come to in this timing strategy based game.
You choose what unit to send out to start pacing the mall. Once in the right spot and out of the sight of the security guards, click on their action button to have them spray graffiti on the buildings or make the lights short out in the stores. Each will take down the stores' popularity rating, but avoid getting nabbed by the security. When the stores' rating hits zero it will be shut down. If they are caught by the guards, you lose that unit. You also have one-shot men that cause distractions by dropping piles of trash, creating puddles for the mall workers to slip in, or even beating up the security. You can upgrade your units to work faster and buy items to help you on your destructive path. The lack of a real ending (it's more of play till you buy all the upgrades and finish all the goals) is a bit of a downer, but the success comes in beating a level. As you'll soon find this game is tougher than it looks, so go get the thrill of the chase and let your inner rebel out.
