Grimind In the mood for something challenging and aesthetically pleasing? From the imagination of Pawel Mogila springs a new physics-based puzzle adventure game, Grimind. Pawel chose to give Grimind a horror twist, but forget the standard rattling chains, apparitions out of the corner of your eye, and overused scream clichés, this is a beautifully-colored adventure game with a physics engine serving up the puzzles.

Liquid 2 If you've ever played with a bottle of oil and water, you already understand the basic mechanic of Liquid 2, a friendly (and occasionally psychedelic) little physics game from OneGoodGame. Tilt the maze to guide as much liquid as you can into the goal, navigating hazards and picking up bonus drops along the way.

Super Stickman Golf 2 Golf is, well, not traditionally the most exciting sport in the world. The clothing alone should tip you off to that fact. That's why everyone should play Super Stickman Golf 2 instead. The basic goal is the same: knock a little white ball into a hole somewhere on the green. Getting from start to finish means traversing some of the most impossibly mixed-up terrain ever seen. Laser beams, teleporters and sticky surfaces should have been part of golf from day one.

Orange Gravity 2: Level Pack The orange is back and trickier than ever in this pack of all new levels for Tommycred's physics puzzler. Using ropes, gravity, and a variety of mouse-driven pulleys, switches, cranks and more, get your orange to nab each lemon on the stage and then safely to the exit. It's harder than you might think.

Dojo Danger Dojo Danger from Kihon is the kind of game you can't wait to be good at. One part strategy and one part arcade physics, the setup is a bit reminiscent of the SQUIDS series, putting you in control of a group of heroes who can be shot around the screen in order to defeat the bad guys. This time around, though, you get to play as a band of ninjas ridding the world of a zombie invasion by smacking into them and knocking them into spike traps!

Hell On Duty The underworld stinks, mostly because all the demons do, and it's your job to clean them all up in this ghoulishly endearing physics puzzler. Using a special ragdoll cannon, not to mention dolls with unique abilities, fire and knock each demon into the boiling cauldron to make them squeaky clean, but with new puzzle elements piled on throughout the game, it's harder (and more fun) than you might think.

Cyclomaniacs Epic You've got to catch a supervillain, and all you've got is a bike. Luckily for you, if you manage to pull off some really sweet tricks and take first place in a race or two, you'll earn all the unlockables and the upgrades you need to bring him down... and have a whole lot of fun in the process!

Lazerman In this frenetic physics action title from NSBrotherhood, you play as Lazerman, a fighting robot that has lost everything but his head. But he's going to get it back, even if he has to destroy the entire lab to do it! It's a game of visceral thrills more than strategy, but when brute-force is so fun, who can mind?

Briquid Briquid is a physics puzzle game from Gamious that quite neatly combines brick removal, brick creation, and flowing liquids. With a few simple taps it's your job to shift all of the water on the screen to the designated zones, all while staying under your movement limit and without wasting a drop of the precious stuff. It's a bit of an extreme brain bender at times, but it's just accessible enough to work!

Ricochet Kills 3: Level Pack Do you think the other bad guys complain about you? It seems unfair that they have to just stand around and let you kill them, even ignoring the whole magic bouncing bullet thing. Lock and load for a whole new batch of levels for Mibix's simple but stylish physics projectile puzzler!

Renegade Racing And now here they are! The most daredevil group of daffy drivers ever to whirl their wheels, ready to compete for fame and fortune in the championship of Renegade Racing! A side-scrolling stunt racing game by Paul Gene Thompson, Renegade Racing is one wacky road rally you won't soon forget. It's a little derivative of the Cyclomaniacs series, but still a heck of a lot of fun.

Tapforss There you are floating around on planet Eena, a world with unpredictable gravity, deadly walls covered in sharp things, and sentient triangles that shoot spikes at you. If you were some sort of nigh-invulnerable rock this might be ok, but you're a crystal ball that will shatter if a cloud looks at you the wrong way. Oh, and in order to move around, you have to wobble by temporarily defying gravity with quick screen taps. That's Tapforss in a fragile nutshell, a mobile arcade game from Like a Crocodile that cranks up the difficulty and provides a quietly impressive experience that's probably going to drive you mad.

Tennis in the Face Ever had a tennis ball delivered to your face? Not in the gentle way your local postal service worker might deliver a package (*snicker*), the kind of delivery where a professional aims for your head and gives it a good shot? We're glad you answered "no", because if it were true, you might end up like the villains in Tennis in the Face, a game of precision physics from 10tons. A little bit of aiming and a whole lot of ricocheting can go a long way. It's time to take down the corporate machine!

Spin Spin: Chapters 1 and 2 Spin had a girlfriend, but he fell down a hole! What else do you need to know? Spin Spin: Chapter 1 and Spin Spin: Chapter 2 are a pair of puzzle platformers by Chris Hughes that take the simple ideas of world-spinning and spike-avoiding, strip them down to its minimalist essence, and the result is truly something special. Presentation is a little no-frills, but these are very cleverly designed games.

Noble Nutlings Noble Nutlings is a physics racing game by Boomlagoon, a studio formed by several members of the original Angry Birds team. Using a combination of tilt controls and good old fashioned upgrades, you'll pilot a trio of squirrels through different landscapes as they collect acorns and try to make it through the countryside in one piece. Also, the squirrels are the cutest creatures in any mobile game, especially the grumpy brown one. You can quote us on that!

Tumble Towers 2 Tumble Towers 2 is a fun and engaging physics puzzle by Team Omni, in which you must keep totems from tumbling and dropping from wobbly towers of blocks. It doesn't really try to hide the elements it swipes from the Totem Destroyer games, but, even if a clone, it's made with a lot of love for the concept.

And now, not too long after its initial mobile release, the game has fully grown up and is ready for its HD iPad debut, sporting a few nice extras along with the visual upgrade.

Liquid Measure 3 Smart Code Games is back with another puzzling brainteaser that will test your plumbing mettle. Bunny Cannon Ever wondered where baby bunnies come from? The cuddly protagonist in La Ventanita's Bunny Cannon does, too, but since everyone tells him a different story, he need to straighten things out. Luckily this involves nothing more playing a game of pachinko where bunnies fired from cannons multiply as soon as they come in contact with the opposite gender. It's a lot like Peggle or Coin Drop!, only so much cuter and with so many more rabbits.

Monsterland 2: Junior's Revenge Alma Games presents another chapter of the great struggle of Sleeping Parent Vs. Energetic Child in Monsterland 2: Junior's Revenge, a tumble-drop physics puzzler. A bit derivative of other Box2D engine-based games, but still a colorful medium-challenge mental work out.

Ultimate Waterfalls MoonMana's chilled-out physics puzzler gets another massive installment of zen-like goodness. Direct glowing streams of particles to the proper containers by altering the flow and gravity with various objects in each level, from reflective mirrors to teleporters and more. However, Swindler's not satisfied sticking to his power cord, so you're going to have to cut loose to make it past the traps and enemies to reach the loot!

Earn To Die 2012 Earn To Die 2012 is an update to Toffee Games arcade-style hit, and has all the post-apocalyptic racing action you could hope for, without the danger of infected bites! Customize your car and plow through waves of the undead. A zombie-smushing good time, though undoubtedly constructed as a teaser for the enhanced mobile version.

Soccer Balls 2 Presumably, when TurboNuke was developing its recently released physics puzzle sequel, Soccer Balls 2, they tried to determine what would appeal to non-association football fans. Star Wars fans will squeal with delight the moment the title screen starts to materialize, and if by some twist of fate you're not a Star Wars fan, well, it's still Angry Birds, and it's still a whole lot of good-looking physics destruction entertainment!

Legend of Fat Ninja When martial arts and food combine, the result is something far more epic than that time you tried to slice through a cabbage in mid-air. Legend of Fat Ninja is a physics arcade game from Zephyr Games that tells the tale of Kureijita, the ninja chef who just graduated from the legendary Iron Skillet Academy. Along with fellow graduate and sidekick Kaminoha, he's out to prove he's the best chef in the land. All he needs are a few good recipes, and he knows just the food masters to take them from!

Bad Piggies Mmm, delicious eggs. As we've learned from the Angry Birds series, round, legless piggies love nothing more than a good egg. And they'll do anything they can to get their snouts on one! In Rovio's latest physics game Bad Piggies, the tables are turned and you're working to help the pigs get what they want. Instead of slingshots and breakable forts, though, you're building rickety contraptions box by wooden box. It's a little bit of construction, a little bit of action, and a whole lot of crashing. Exactly what you need in a casual mobile game!

Navigate your way through a series of increasingly challenging (and deadly!) obstacle courses, avoiding lasers, turrets, and more, by figuring out how to use the environment, moving shadows, and even the light itself to your advantage. Originally a simple prototype back in 2010, Shadow Drifter shows how to expand on a much-loved concept and provide a polished, engaging finished project without losing anything from the original.

Force: Leashed Originally developed by Kepuli Games for the 7 Day FPS Challenge, then polished up to win 2nd in the Assembly GameDev Competition, Force: Leashed is a first-person gravity-based physics puzzle game. And despite the title, Jar Jar doesn't show up once. That's gotta be worth half a point right there.

Gloid Robots do a lot of things. But Gloid? Gloid just knows how to levitate. But when all you know is levitating, you learn to master it pretty quickly. It looks like something unsettling happened here not too long ago, judging from the rockslides and blocked passages and all. But you don't have time to hover and ponder, you just want to get out. And as you soon discover, you're not exactly alone down here...

Impale 2 Let's be honest. If you had both a medieval-style cannon thing and an unlimited supply of the undead to serve as ammo, you'd probably spend most of your time trying to launch them into various obstacles. Fortunately Mibix has come out with Impale 2, a physics puzzler that gives you gory zombie-flinging without the intensive clean-up after words. A little macabre and immature, but a lot of fun, its 70 levels will make one wish for Halloween to come early this year.

Gasketball Games centered around the sport of basketball seem to be making a comeback, and we're not talking about sports simulations, either. Titles like BasketBelle and Dude Perfect marry new mechanics to the old concept, creating experiences that are about as much like basketball as Homerun in Berzerk Land is like baseball. Now, Solipskier creator Mikengreg has released Gasketball, a physics-heavy mobile arcade game that's all about shooting and scoring baskets under some unusual circumstances. How unusual? Try reverse gravity triggers, teleportation platforms, pinball bumpers, and sawblades!

Fruits The fruit's gotta go in this simple but remarkably well presented physics puzzle where you need to remove all fruit from a stage by bashing it together. As the stages get longer and more complex, introducing balloons, ropes, and Rube Goldberg style contraptions, you'll need to put on your thinking cap to squash your way to victory in this familiar but fun and vibrant little coffee break gem.

2-Bit Bub Bub is dead, but like any good dog, he's not letting that keep him down. In this free iOS advergame for the upcoming ParaNorman movie, you control the ghostly pooch as he jumps, chomps, and swings his way through levels trying to retrieve the zombie bones he's lost so that their owners don't come looking for them when the sun goes down. Simple and straightforward but absolutely gorgeous, 2-Bit Bub is a ghoulishly good time.

Turbo Golf Golf gets a little chaotic as turboNUKE kicks the sport into overdrive in their quirky spin on the game. Compete in a race to see who can get their ball in fastest against other golfers at the same time, dodging UFOs in addition to sandtraps, and nab coins to spend on equipment upgrades. It's weird, wacky, and whacky. Geddit? Because, y'know, you whack... the balls... and... oh, just play it.

Elemental Balance Blast, burn, and oxidize your way through this clever new spin on a physics puzzle. Place bombs across 40 stages of elemental mayhem, where fire, water, air, and earth all have an impact on gameplay. Though it's still familiar and feels like it could have experimented with its concept even more, it's a solid little diversion for the phuzzle fans in the audience.

Waterfalls 3: Level Pack Prepare to go with the flow once more! The ethereal beauty of MoonMana's trippy puzzler is back in the Waterfalls 3: Level Pack. This expansion has everything we loved from the original: Psychadelic visuals, experimentation-based physics gameplay, and a trance-y soprano on background vocals. A very soothing experience, though since the mechanics aren't spelled out, those new to the series might wish to check out an earlier installment to get their bearings.

Follow the Rabbit Those crafty rabbits. From Bugs to the waistcoat-wearing White Rabbit who's always late, you can pretty much bet each and every one of them is up to something nefarious. In Gamaga's new mobile puzzle game Follow the Rabbit, this is most certainly the case. As the action begins you watch as a cuboid bunny hops down the path, a sack of coins leaking gold with every bounce. Being the helpful villager that you are, you take it upon yourself to follow the rabbit, collecting coins and solving some fiendish puzzles along the way.

Monster Must Die Get rid of the monsters in Monster Must Die, an adorable physics puzzle game. Help the colorful creatures rid themselves of the threat by activating their special abilities. A simple click will cause the creatures to change form to allow you to manipulate your surroundings to get rid of those pesky monsters for good!

Bristlies Players Pack Max Postnikov's cute furballs are back for another round of rope-cutting, cannon-shooting, force-field activating, glass-breaking, color-coded container physics puzzle fun in Bristlies Players Pack. Immediate challenge makes it a poor fit for new players, but those familiar with Cut The Rope styled gameplay should be very happy.

Hanger (mobile) Hanger, the browser release from A Small Game that's all about swinging ropes and broken body parts, has made its way to iPhone, and it's just as outrageously arcadey as ever. If you've played Hanger 2 or Hanger 2: Endless Level Pack, you'll know exactly what to expect in this wild romp through twisty terrain, as the mobile version takes the best from those releases, remixes it a little bit, and tosses you loose to see what you can do. Expect to see a lot of severed legs and game over screens before you get a decent score in this game!

Tiny Wings 2.0 The darling little arcade flying game for iOS, Tiny Wings, has just gone through a metamorphosis, turning itself into twice the game it used to be and spawning a native iPad version in the process! Tiny Wings 2.0 is sort of a sequel to the original, but creator Andreas Illiger decided to release it as a free update instead of a standalone app, allowing owners of Tiny Wings to grab it for free. And like mama always said, free is better than fooling around with in-app purchases.

Amazing Alex Strap on your physics shoes (moon boots?), it's time for some quirky Rube Goldberg-like contraptions! Amazing Alex is the latest offering from Rovio, the well-known creator of the Angry Birds series. This new offering is a physics-based puzzle building game not unlike Crazy Machines or The Incredible Machine, though everything has been greatly scaled down to make it more fitting for a casual audience.

Super Big Gun Adventure You are a pariah of the Gentlemen's Council, who became jealous of the length of your gun, which doubles as a sort of jetpack, immediately after giving you said weapon. Make your way through their headquarters, past lava, spikes, and enemies with much smaller guns in this physics based platform shooter game.

Jump Face It seems that an ANSI face has gotten a second shot at the big time in Ozzie Mercados Jump Face, a one button puzzle platformer.Jump Face is a delightful skewing of common platform game mechanics, and indeed, it's certain that its unusual character gravity and momentum will frustrate some at first. Those who survive the initial rage-quitting impulse, though, will find a charming little game with some interesting puzzles.

Help Me! Lonely, stuck on a unknown planet, and trapped in a underground cavern with no foreseeable way of escaping sounds like a pretty bleak situation, doesn't it? Unfortunately, that is the station in life that a little blue space creature is stuck with, and it is your job to rescue him, and return him safely back to his ship in ConmerGame's physics puzzler, Help Me. Luckily, you aren't totally without any resources; you can use three of the alien's friends to help you along the way, each one of them having their own unique powers. All you need to do is figure out where they can be best utilized in each level.

Simple Motions 2 Atom-Soft's mellow and oddly engrossing little physics puzzler makes a comeback with this simple yet engaging sequel. Place badges to influence your eye-ball buddy as he rolls along a path to collect stars and mingle with his friends. It's the perfect, chilled-out soft of gaming to enjoy whenever you need a break in your day.

Where's My Perry? Where's My Perry? is a brand new physics puzzle game from Disney Mobile. Utilizing the same set-up as Where's My Water?, this updated and expanded version sets things in the Phineas and Ferb universe where Perry the platypus has to work his way through underground tubes to investigate a series of mysteries (some of which may or may not involve moustaches). The catch is that the power doesn't work for these tubes, trapping Perry in booths until you can guide water to the intake valve. It's a very similar experience to Swampy wanting his bath water, but with new gameplay elements and puzzles, you'll be happy to join in on the much-improved fun!

The Magnetic Cat Scientists have spent years and millions of dollars to turn a regular cat into The Magnetic Cat. His frizzy ferromagnetic fur allows him to stick to all sorts of surfaces, and, as the scientists unfortunately discovered, to easily escape from secret government labs. Now, he wants nothing more than to settle down with a family, but there's still 30 levels of obstacles in his way. A puzzle platformer developed by GrimToyz, The Magnetic Cat's well-conceived central mechanic and multiple-solution level design make up for the minor problems of implementation.

Bounzy 2 Haven't gotten your weekly dose of zombies quite yet? No horror movies laying around to give you a nice squishy feeling of gore induced terror? Look no further than Bounzy 2 to not only get carnage but to get your quota of zombie deaths done. The best part is these ones can't reach you to try and kill you. Oh, and there's chickens.

Draw a Line Drawing has never been so fun as it is in this physics puzzle. With so many smiley faces cheering you on to give them a nice comfy line to hang out on it's hard to not want to play. Luckily Fun Instinct has made this game just for the softie in you wishing to make smiley faces exist everywhere! Oh and for those who like to draw too.

Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers What could be worse than some cretin named Big (who also happens to be your brother) stealing the pair of mystical underpants left by your departed grandfather? Nothing, as far as the folks at Black Pants Studio are concerned. With the team's first release, the sandbox-oriented action and physics game Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers, we get to see just what happens when you give a guy a raygun, a grapple-device, and unlimited rockets, then turn him loose in a sun-parched ruined desert world to find his pants-thieving brother. To put if briefly: a whole lotta rocks will get sliced, tossed, juggled, and destroyed.

Zombotron 2 What rotten luck to have your ship crash land on a zombie-ridden planet that you now need to fight across to escape. With a more vocal protagonist than you had before, shoot and calculate your way through this Metroidvania style physics shooter where zombies are just as plentiful as your headshot count. With sixteen levels to survive through and plenty of side missions to keep you occupied, your time with the undead hordes will be engrossing and quite challenging. Polish off the old boomstick and get ready to bust some heads if you hope to survive.

Cover Orange Player's Pack 3 You don't have to be a vegan to enjoy fruit, though this may be a different interpretation on the usual form of enjoyment. Instead of chomping down on a succulent orange it's your responsibility to keep them safe from rain. Yes, rain. Not the usual type of rain but the type that is spiked and deadly. With plenty of physics puzzling to please even the most persnickety player, it's up to you to keep something sweet from turning into something dead.

Sugar, Sugar 2 Bart Bonte is back with another sugary sweet installment in his popular particle physics puzzle. While adhering to the same basic concept and gameplay mechanics of the prior two Sugar, Sugar games, this sequel delivers 30 more clever levels of imaginative obstacles in a simple block design plus jazzy tunes.

King's Game Thanks to the huge success of games like "Angry Birds" and "Crush the Castle", the physics projectile genre is one of the hottest in casual gameplay of late. Smokoko's entry, King's Game, puts a twist on the style: your targets can fire back! Obviously, it would always be your best option to decimate your opponent as quickly as possible, but in this game, it can become a necessary strategy. The AI is a fairly accurate shot, and doesn't miss that often, even on the beginning levels.

Catapult King from Wicked Witch Software is the latest in a long and respectable line of physics-based destruction games, this time taking the action to an up-close 3D first person mode so you get the best seat in the house to watch the destruction rain!

How many other flash games can make the same claim?

Cube: A Google Maps Experiment Developed by advergamesters supreme B-Reel, Cube: A Google Maps Experiment transforms locales across the globe into levels inspired by those maze toys where you must roll a tiny metal ball through a labyrinth, all while highlighting features of Google Maps. A little ephemeral in gameplay, but very, very pretty, Cube is smart futuristic fun.

Vehicles Level Pack In a world where traffic and urban emergencies run rampant, there is group of anthropomorphic response vehicles looking to set things right. Vehicles Level Pack delivers more levels in the physics puzzle series that puts you in the driver's seat of cute little cartoon cars. Move the obnoxious black SUVs out of the way to reach your designated emergencies in time.

3 Slices 2 Gaz Thomas adds a new spin to the phrase "slice and dice" in this sequel to a favorite physic puzzle game. 3 Slices 2 brings you back into the hacking fun of cutting blocks apart in three swings to meet the goal of each level. A new colored block with opposite physics, the good old gold target challenges, and precise planning makes the game quick yet demanding enough to sink your teeth into. Can you prove that you are a cut above the rest of the puzzle gaming crowd?

Nutty Mania Nutty Mania is a fun and relaxing new physics game from FlashRush Games with a silly premise and relaxing puzzles. But this cute little diversion won't be just any old walk in the park, you'll have some interesting obstacles to overcome (dinosaurs!) and some clever physics to navigate (portals!). Nutty Mania sports 42 levels to explore and even features a level editor, which will keep you entertained for many coffee breaks to come.

Hanna in a Choppa 2 With its sleek iconographic aesthetic, twitchy gameplay, and impish sense of humor, Chris Underwood's Hanna in a Choppa quickly became a favorite here at JayIsGames. In fact, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say it's right up there with Stunt Copter and Comanche in the rotocraft gaming hall of fame. Now, after four years, and plenty of crossed fingers, the physics puzzle action returns in Hanna in a Choppa 2! Of course, the name is a bit of a misnomer, since it seems Ms. Hanna has earned quite a few more pilot's licenses this time around, from hot air balloons, to biplanes, to jetpacks, to ostriches. Cunning level design and satirical writing work hand in hand to form an instant classic.
